Machine Operator (Current Employee) says

"Greedy company with a poor work culture. Employees are overworked while being understaffed. Really no room for advancement unless you are extremely lucky and in the “it” crowd. Global pandemic with multiple confirmed cases at the Fresno location and still haven’t seen a penny of hazard pay. Also, no merit raises due to company trying to save money and hit projected revenue targets. So let’s not pay our employees what they deserve, not pay them while they risk the safety and health of their families and themselves, and oh hey, let’s save money so all the corporate people like the VP of Operations and the President can still get their huge $50,000+ bonuses. Absolutely despicable. This place would be a lot more efficient and they would get a lot more out of their employees if they just paid them fairly. Cons: Poor management, poor wages."
